- 📝 Sponsorship Form
Submit details for new or existing sponsorships. - 💡 Fundraiser Request Form
Request approval for a team fundraiser. Be sure to include your event plan, goals, and communication strategy. - 💰 Reimbursement Request Form
Request reimbursement for approved team expenses. Receipts are required. - 🔍 Submit Reconciliation Form
Report and reconcile funds collected from fundraisers or events. Include your fundraiser number and receipt details.
⏰ Reminder
All funds must be submitted by the end of practice on Thursdays. A fundraiser number and receipt must be issued for all monies collected.
Cheer Committee will assist with reconciliation for cheer, and all football funds will be handled by OPW Treasurer and Auditor.
ALL FUNDS will be deposited into the OPW safe.
